Thursday, 9 June 2022 – A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony was held between Ghanim International Corporation Sdn Bhd and Cosmopolitan College of Commerce & Technology with the intent to establish a mutual collaboration between the two parties.
Signing on behalf of Ghanim International Corporation is Dr. Nur Rahman, Chief Executive Officer, while Cosmopolitan College is represented by Mr. Daniel Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of Cosmopolitan College. Also present during the signing ceremony from Ghanim International Corporation was Fatin Arifin, Senior Manager and from Cosmopolitan College were Nadirah Jambol, Principal and Asfadillah Salim, Deputy Principal.
“The Junction” is a retail entrepreneurship program managed by Ghanim International Corporation as an initiative to encourage local participation within the retail sector through a franchise. Through this collaboration, Cosmopolitan will provide training and programs for local entrepreneurs operating “The Junction” outlets through practice-oriented training skill and consultation as well as strategy executions whereas Ghanim will also provide the opportunity to Cosmopolitan students the exposure to the retail industry through internship, research and other opportunities.
During the interview, Puan Nadirah Jambol, Principal said “We are very excited about this new partnership as we always aim to produce competent and industry ready students wherever they go. We look forward to more collaborations in terms of providing industry required skills. We are grateful to be working with Ghanim International on this”.
