The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead a dynamic team, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve the Company’s business objectives. This position will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing the brand’s market presence.
The key roles and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Directing, managing, and executing the daily activities of the Sales and Marketing team;
- Research and develop market opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends and suggest improvements to product marketability and profitability
- Monitors, recommends and implements changes to sales strategies
- Develops and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including business customers, business partners and organisational entities to maximise potential revenue opportunities
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Relevant industry experience is an added advantage.
