Lambak Kanan, Thursday 17 April 2025 – Ghanim International Corporation Sdn Bhd, in collaboration with Royal Brunei Culinary, recently hosted an introductory HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and Food Safety workshop at RBC’s Central Kitchen in Lambak Kanan Industrial Park.
The workshop brought together five 1K1P (1 Kampung 1 Produk) entrepreneurs, providing them with a deep dive into essential food safety practices. The entrepreneurs gained valuable insights on HACCP principles, their application in daily operations, and the importance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene in ensuring safe food production. The session also covered topics such as the rationale and critical limits of HACCP, and the significant role food safety plays in the success of any food business.
This initiative is part of Ghanim’s dedication to supporting 1K1P entrepreneurs in Brunei’s food industry. It aligns with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with the Ministry of Home Affairs, which aims to empower and uplift local businesses through knowledge-sharing, capacity-building, and market expansion opportunities.
