Bandar Seri Begawan, 27 March 2025 – Ghanim International Corporation Sdn Bhd (Ghanim), in support of the Hand 4 Hand Association, has donated over 700 food products to underprivileged families in all four districts across Brunei Darussalam.
Through the Jejak Ramadhan project by Hand 4 Hand, the community is able to assist and reduce the burden of underprivileged families with their preparation during Ramadhan and Aidilfitri. By encouraging collaboration within the community to aid those in need, this initiative upholds the values of empathy, kindness, and community, which are the essence of Ramadhan.
This donation, not only from Ghanim but also from other agencies and the public, will provide essential supplies to 200 underprivileged families across Brunei. The initiative not only alleviates immediate challenges but also encourages others to contribute, fostering a stronger and more compassionate community.
Ghanim’s contribution to the Jejak Ramadhan project is part of its ongoing commitment to supporting local communities. In addition to this donation, Ghanim has also been involved in the following recent initiatives:
• Donation of Over 200 Food Products in Support of UBD School of Business’s Sumbangan Ramadhan Initiative: Ghanim through UBD SBE have donated over 200 food products for their student-led donation drive to support the families of Kampong Bolkiah ‘A’ and ‘B’.
• Providing Packed Meals to Mosques: Ghanim alongside Royal Brunei Culinary also provided 200 packed meals to four mosques within the Brunei-Muara district benefiting congregants who gathered for Sungkai, ensuring that the community could enjoy nutritious meals during the holy month of Ramadhan.
Looking ahead, Ghanim remains dedicated to continuing its community efforts and expanding its support for local organisations throughout Brunei.
