IN CONJUNCTION with bruneihalalfoods’ 8th anniversary celebration, members of the public can get bruneihalalfoods products with value-added prices and packaged promotions starting today at its office headquarters and sales showroom in Kampong Mata-Mata Gadong from 9.30am to 6pm.
The showroom carries a variety of bruneihalalfoods’ product range that includes a line-up of daily needs.
These include Provia (a low-calorie natural sweetener derived from stevia extract, 200 times sweeter than sugar but has no impact on blood sugar), Cremvia, Nutrisal (containing no MSG with 57 per cent less sodium and a healthier option to normal table salt), Cordia (syrup-based low sugary drink using the stevia extract), as well as value-added chicken and lamb.
For the Open Day, customers can also enjoy big discounts on selected products.
The bruneihalalfoods team is looking forward to share their pride in offering the chicken goujons range, which has received the seal of approval for the use of the Ministry of Health’s ‘Healthier Choice’ logo on their packaging, giving assurance to consumers of their health and quality benefits.
During the Open Day, customers will also enjoy savings on their purchases while they familiarise themselves with bruneihalalfoods’ product line-up, including the international award-winning Blue Shrimp Crackers.
The approach of being healthy and quality-conscious has always been an essential approach to bruneihalalfoods when developing products to be put out in the market.
Today’s event is momentous, as it will be the first time that bruneihalalfoods opens its doors to the general public.
Visitors will also be treated to some lucky draws, games, food sampling and many other engaging activities for better interactions and engagements with the customers.
Other food and beverage vendors will also be present to offer their cuisine reconstructed using the bruneihalalfoods range in their menus.
The bruneihalalfoods’ current products hail from manufacturers in Brunei, the United Kingdom and Australia, with a significant effort put into working with local partners who are eager to explore export markets.
An open consultation opportunity will also be held for local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to explore partnership opportunities in food manufacturing, packaging, quality management and marketing.
The strategic emphasis has always been towards export readiness and therefore the consultation session is vast for food entrepreneurs.
Noormala binti Othman, the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, said, “Opening our doors gives us the opportunity to reach out to our buyers and potential customers where we would not otherwise get the chance to on any given day.
“This also adds a personal touch, as they can put a face to the people behind the bruneihalalfoods brand and what we stand for in terms of offering products and providing business solutions for all levels of society.
“We also get access to knowledge and feedbacks as to how we are doing and how we can improve in various aspects of the industry that we are in, so that all parties definitely come out in a win-win situation.”
Asked about what could be expected next from bruneihalalfoods, Noormala highlighted major strategic business ventures on top of expanding the product range expected until the end of the year.
“The team is gearing for several local expos and definitely looking forward to the CAEXPO in Nanning, which will be held in September with Brunei as a highlight country.
“Bruneihalalfoods can only be excited in embracing the opportunity of tapping into regional sales and overall international market expansion.”
Those interested in bruneihalalfoods’ products or services should come to the Open Day.
Those who are unable to drop by for the Open Day are welcome to visit bruneihalalfoods showroom in Warisan Mata-Mata Complex from Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 5pm (except closed for 12-2pm on Fridays).
